How long does an adoption last?
Adoptions last 12 months.
Can I visit my donkey more than once?
Yes, additional visits can be booked on the website with a 10% code
When will my pack arrive?
Packs are dispatched and posted using Evri within 3-5 working days. Pre orders for Christmas will be all posted out at the end of November (you will be notified)
Can I adopt as a gift?
Absolutely! We can send it directly to the recipient.
When can I meet my donkey?
Adoption visits open in April and close end of September. Bookings for 2026 open in January
Who can attend the adoption visit?
Your adoption includes a voucher for one child and their grown-up or one adult and a friend. If you'd like to bring extra guests, just add them on when its time to book your visit for £5 extra pp
How do I book my visit?
You will receive a QR code on your membership card with a private booking link. This can also be emailed to you if you wish
What happens if it is raining for my visit?
Donkeys HATE rain. However we have facilities to ensure safe visits in the rain to keep everyone happy. In extreme conditions we will rearrange your visit for everyones enjoyment!
What happens at the end of my adoption term?
You will receive an email with renewal information, if you do not wish to renew the adoption will end a year from the start date of your adoption
